Imperial Personnel

The Imperial Personnel Bureau serves as the central administrative authority responsible for maintaining service records, overseeing promotions, documenting awards and decorations, and ensuring the accurate management of personnel throughout the Galactic Empire.

Working in coordination with Imperial ministries, military branches, and civil agencies, the Bureau preserves the official records of Imperial citizens and personnel who serve the New Order. Through the maintenance of comprehensive personnel dossiers, the Bureau ensures that achievement, merit, and faithful service are properly recorded and recognized.

The Bureau is responsible for administering rank structures, maintaining personnel directories, overseeing assignment and transfer records, and preserving the institutional history of Imperial service. These records provide a permanent account of the contributions made by individuals in support of Imperial security, prosperity, and stability.

Whether serving in the Imperial Navy, Imperial Army, Starfighter Corps, Judicial Forces, Imperial Intelligence, COMPNOR, or the Imperial Civil Service, all personnel are united by a shared commitment to duty, loyalty, and excellence. The Imperial Personnel Bureau remains dedicated to ensuring that those contributions are accurately documented and appropriately honored for future generations.

The Director of Personnel, appointed by the Emperor for demonstrated administrative competence and unwavering loyalty, oversees the Bureau's operations across the Empire. Current priorities include modernization of personnel record systems, standardization of promotion procedures, and expansion of career development programs designed to cultivate the next generation of Imperial leaders.
