Commission for the Preservation of the New Order

The Commission for the Preservation of the New Order, commonly known as COMPNOR, serves as one of the Galactic Empire’s most vital institutions. Acting as an umbrella organization under the direct authority of the Ruling Council, COMPNOR is tasked with safeguarding, promoting, and expanding the ideals of the New Order throughout the galaxy.

Through a vast bureaucracy and a network of specialized branches, COMPNOR oversees key areas of Imperial governance including internal security, ideological education, youth development, cultural affairs, and public loyalty. It functions both as a civil service arm and a political organization, encouraging citizens from all walks of life to actively demonstrate their support for Emperor Draco Tanos and the New Order.

Mission Statement

COMPNOR’s primary goal is to establish and maintain unwavering support for the New Order and to advance the strategic objectives of the Galactic Empire. As a political organization at its core, COMPNOR also maintains a paramilitary capability through CompForce and exercises oversight of the Imperial Security Bureau (ISB). Through these efforts, the Commission works tirelessly to ensure ideological unity, social stability, and the long-term strength of the Empire.

Select Committee

The Select Committee serves as the highest governing body of COMPNOR. Composed of senior officials appointed by the Emperor and the Ruling Council, the Committee provides strategic direction, approves major initiatives, and ensures all branches operate in alignment with Imperial policy. It reports directly to the Ruling Council and maintains final authority over COMPNOR operations across the galaxy.

Organizational Structure

COMPNOR is organized into several major branches, each responsible for specific aspects of preserving and advancing the New Order:

• Coalition for Improvements – Dedicated to societal modification and administrative redesign.
• Coalition for Progress – Oversees cultural, educational, and scientific advancement.
• Sub-Adult Group (SAGroup) – Develops the Empire’s youth through structured education, recreation, motivation, and recruitment programs that instill Imperial values and civic responsibility.
• CompForce – The Commission’s paramilitary enforcement arm.
• Imperial Security Bureau – The Empire’s primary internal security and loyalty enforcement agency.
