The Coalition for Improvements is a principal agency of the Commission for the Preservation of the New Order (COMPNOR). Its mandate is to identify and correct systemic deficiencies across Imperial sectors, ensuring full alignment with the principles of the New Order and the will of Emperor Draco Tanos.
The Coalition for Improvements exists to strengthen the Galactic Empire by transforming underperforming or deviant systems into loyal, productive contributors to Imperial unity, security, and prosperity. Through careful analysis and sustained intervention, we eliminate inefficiencies and reinforce the foundations of the New Order.
Operating with discretion and efficiency, the Coalition receives intelligence from the Imperial Security Bureau (ISB) regarding sectors showing signs of deviation from Imperial standards. Rather than relying solely on punitive measures, the Coalition develops long-term, systematic programs designed to produce lasting improvements in governance, infrastructure, economy, and societal loyalty.
The Coalition’s work is often conducted with minimal public visibility, focusing on sustainable reform rather than temporary enforcement.
At the heart of the Coalition’s operations is Sector Development, the division responsible for planning and executing improvement initiatives across the Empire. Due to the vast scale of Imperial space and limited resources, Sector Development prioritizes cost-effective, high-impact strategies that deliver measurable long-term results.
Sector Development is organized into two primary departments:
Further details on the operations and methodologies of these departments can be found on their respective dedicated pages.
The Coalition for Improvements serves as one of the Empire’s primary instruments for ensuring the continued health and cohesion of the Galactic Empire. By addressing root causes of inefficiency and disloyalty, it helps maintain the stability and strength of the New Order across every sector.
The Coalition operates under the direct authority of COMPNOR and in close coordination with the Imperial Senate, relevant ministries, and Imperial Intelligence.
