Imperial Ruling Council

The Imperial Ruling Council serves as the highest advisory and executive body of the Galactic Empire, directly under Emperor Draco Tanos. Composed of the Empire's most trusted and capable leaders, the Council assists the Emperor in setting policy, coordinating ministries, overseeing territorial administration, and ensuring the New Order's principles of merit, loyalty, and efficiency are upheld across the galaxy. All members are appointed by the Emperor and serve at his pleasure. The Council meets in the Imperial Palace on Coruscant, where decisions of galactic importance are deliberated and enacted.
