Ministry of Diplomacy

Insignia of the Ministry of Diplomacy The Ministry of Diplomacy manages the Galactic Empire’s external relations with independent systems, neutral governments, and allied territories. It conducts negotiations, maintains embassies, and represents Imperial interests across the galaxy.

Following the establishment of the New Order, the Ministry was restructured to replace the fragmented and often ineffective diplomatic corps of the late Republic. Its primary role is to secure favorable treaties, resolve disputes peacefully when possible, and ensure that Imperial authority is respected without unnecessary conflict.

The Ministry also oversees the Diplomatic Service, which trains and deploys ambassadors, envoys, and consular staff. It coordinates with the Imperial Navy and Army when military pressure is required to support diplomatic efforts, and works closely with Imperial Intelligence on matters involving foreign threats or espionage.

Through careful negotiation and strategic leverage, the Ministry of Diplomacy works to expand Imperial influence, stabilize border regions, and present a unified face of strength and order to the galaxy.

The Minister of Diplomacy reports directly to the Ruling Council and holds authority over all official Imperial foreign policy and diplomatic engagements.
