The Grand Vizier

Staff of the Speaker The Grand Vizier is the second-highest civilian authority in the Galactic Empire and the head of its government. Appointed directly by Emperor Draco Tanos, the Grand Vizier serves as the Emperor's chief advisor, chief executive of day-to-day administration, and Speaker/Chair of the Imperial Senate. The office is the primary interface between the Throne and the machinery of government, ensuring the Emperor's will is implemented with precision and efficiency across all ministries, territories, and institutions.

The Grand Vizier oversees the Imperial Ruling Council, coordinates the ministries, manages Senate proceedings, and acts as the Empire's principal diplomat in matters not requiring the Emperor's direct presence. The position demands absolute loyalty, exceptional administrative skill, and a deep understanding of the New Order's principles of merit, loyalty, and efficiency. The Grand Vizier serves at the Emperor's pleasure and is the highest official empowered to speak and act on the Throne's behalf when the Emperor is not present.
