Ubiqtorate

line

The role of the Ubiqtorate is not known on a public level. It is assumed to be some form of command group, but it is believed to have other purposes too. What these purposes are, or who indeed is part of the Ubiqtorate remains highly classified information. The name ‘Ubiqtorate’ comes from a COMPNOR scandoc which was accidentally transmitted to the media in the Qeimat System. The scandoc showed that the authors didn’t know the true purpose of the branch, and therefore Imperial Intelligence decided to allow the rumours and stories to continue. Members of the Ubiqtorate are said to have no direct communication with most other members of Imperial Intelligence. Members of the Ubiqtorate itself have very little direct communication with each other, and often only know the identities of about one third of the entire Ubiqtorate. Indeed, when members of the Ubiqtorate send messages to their subordinates, they simply identify themselves as ‘Ubiqtorate’. Only the Emperor and his closest advisors know the true extent of the Ubiqtorate and its members.

Adjustments

Also falling under the direct command of the Ubiqtorate is the Adjustments section. They are the most elite Intelligence agents in the Galaxy, and receive their orders directly from the Ubiqtorate of the Emperor’s inner circle. The only records of their missions and orders are held in secret archives. Adjustments agents are only used in highly critical situations – they are the top agents, and have been trained as such. They are given almost unlimited resources to carry out their tasks, and it is rumoured that 99% of all missions handled by Adjustments are a success.
